Is it something we did or said? We're sorry! But if Bridge just isn't suiting your business needs anymore - you might want to cancel your subscription. You are free to do this at anytime. We just ask - can you tell us why?
Steps to cancel:
- Login to your Bridge account
- Go to your profile
- Click account settings
- Click manage your subscription
- This will take you to our subscription page that has a record of all Bridge invoices
- Scroll to the bottom and you will see cancel this subscription
- Please enter a reason for your cancellation
- Click cancel subscription
- You'll receive an email advising you of a change to your subscription
We will be sorry to see you go, but you'll still be a Bridge original. We will move you back to a Bridge FREE account so you can still access three credits (for sending invoices) monthly.
