Is it something we did or said? We're sorry! But if Bridge just isn't suiting your business needs anymore - you might want to cancel your subscription. You are free to do this at anytime. We just ask - can you tell us why? 

Steps to cancel:

  1. Login to your Bridge account
  2. Go to your profile
  3. Click account settings
  4. Click manage your subscription
  5. This will take you to our subscription page that has a record of all Bridge invoices
  6. Scroll to the bottom and you will see cancel this subscription
  7. Please enter a reason for your cancellation 
  8. Click cancel subscription
  9. You'll receive an email advising you of a change to your subscription

We will be sorry to see you go, but you'll still be a Bridge original. We will move you back to a Bridge FREE account so you can still access three credits (for sending invoices) monthly.
