Follow these simple steps to make sure you're including photos and documents into your Quotes and Invoices. 

  1. Start a new job
  2. Select quote or invoice - depending on what you're creating
  3. Enter all quote/invoice details
  4. Scroll towards the bottom of the page and you will see the text "supporting documents" and "add photos and documents" (in blue text) - click on this. 
  5. It will open up a folder so you can select the correct photos and or documents from your computer
  6. Add the relevant images and documents and continue as normal!

Please note: you can only add photos/images and PDF documents.
