Follow these simple steps to make sure you're including photos and documents into your Quotes and Invoices.
- Start a new job
- Select quote or invoice - depending on what you're creating
- Enter all quote/invoice details
- Scroll towards the bottom of the page and you will see the text "supporting documents" and "add photos and documents" (in blue text) - click on this.
- It will open up a folder so you can select the correct photos and or documents from your computer
- Add the relevant images and documents and continue as normal!
Please note: you can only add photos/images and PDF documents.
