This is an odd one, but can be fixed! There are two options.

Option One:

  1. If the app is not loading but you can still see more in the bottom right corner
  2. Click more
  3. Click sign out
  4. Sign back in again using your mobile number and it should load correctly. 

If that doesn't work, try Option Two:

  1. Delete the app
  2. Re-install the app
  3. Login using your mobile number
