This is an odd one, but can be fixed! There are two options.
- If the app is not loading but you can still see more in the bottom right corner
- Click more
- Click sign out
- Sign back in again using your mobile number and it should load correctly.
If that doesn't work, try Option Two:
- Delete the app
- Re-install the app
- Login using your mobile number
