We want to offer the consumer the best experience, so we set a 24 hour time limit to ensure that they're looked after by those who want the work and want to do a great job. 

We know that you're not always going to have the time to contact the customer when the request first comes through - so we send a little reminder too. 

The time limit is extended over weekends, because we want everyone to enjoy their days off too.
